New Senior Living Community to Break Ground in 2017 in Limerick
Will provide area residents with a new, modern approach to senior living that anyone, of any age, would be proud to call home
LIMERICK, PA (November 14, 2016) – A new senior living community will break ground near the intersection of Limerick’s Swamp and Ridge Pikes in Summer 2017. Initial township approvals are in place for Arcadia at Limerick Pointe to move forward with construction and ultimately open its doors to area seniors in late 2018. The project is currently in the approval and design phase, which must be completed before breaking ground and beginning construction.
Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is a project born out of a partnership between Signature Realty Advisors, based out of Conshohocken, PA and Vantage Point Retirement Living, based out of Exton, PA. The community will feature 156 total units: 84 independent living, 40 assisted living/personal care, and 32 memory care. Future residents will choose from a variety of apartment styles from studio/standard to two-bedroom apartments at 1,100 square feet.
Senior apartment homes at Arcadia will be among the largest in the area and be available for lease on a monthly rental basis with no requirement to ‘buy-in’ with an entrance fee and complicated contract. Additionally, the monthly rent for an apartment at Arcadia will be competitive with, and in some cases less than, similar communities in the area when it opens in 2018. Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is an ideal option for anyone who plans to move into a retirement community in about two years because incredible incentives are being offered to those who choose to be among the first to live at the community.
Western Montgomery County’s population is growing and within this region, the population of citizens over the age of 65 will continue to rise at a pace above the national average.
