Rose Anne joined us earlier this month as Director of Community Relations, Personal Care and Compass™ Memory Care for Arcadia at Limerick Pointe. In her own words, Rose Anne describes her responsibility as “a trusted guide and resource for families navigating senior living.”
Rose Anne says that her favorite part of her role is “being able to measurably impact someone’s life for the better, just by being my authentic self and guiding them with the wisdom and experience I’ve collected over the years. There truly is no better feeling, and just the thought that I will be helping someone at a critical point in their life gets me up and out of bed with joy each and every morning.” She also cites Vantage Point’s commitment to its values, specifically that of ‘family,’ as it ‘shows up in everything we do!’
Outside of work, Rose Anne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling, hiking, yoga, cooking, and a great book!
