Vantage Point Retirement Living is pleased to announce that after many months of planning, the wait is finally over – construction is set to begin at Arcadia at Limerick Pointe! The Limerick Township Board of Supervisors officially gave the green light to begin construction at it’s monthly meeting on November 13th, 2018.
Arcadia is now moving into the pre-construction coordination phase. This involves the construction team at Vantage Point and Arcadia, as well as the township and state, meeting together before site work begins. This step will happen in the coming days, and site work will begin shortly after.
Travelers in the area will see significant action at the site, located near the intersection of Swamp and Ridge Pikes in Limerick, before the end of 2018. The community is expected to open in 2020.
