It’s amazing how quickly the season goes by! We’ve seen much growth at Arcadia over the last few months, both in construction and in our growing deposit list.
People who have taken a leap of faith with us have done so because they see how incredible Arcadia will be when we open – both in the design and in the true sense of community it will create. And that list is growing just as quickly as the building!
We recognize this is a process that can be challenging when the community is still under construction. So for this month’s construction update, we decided to take a different approach!

But because we don’t have a physical community to show, it can be difficult for some to truly envision themselves LIVING at Arcadia. We do our best to share renderings, floor plans, connect you to similar communities we’ve been associated with, and provide a variety of resources to help you feel comfortable with your decision.
